动物源性食品中喹噁啉类药物残留检测方法研究进展 被引量:17

Review on Detection of Quinoxalines Drug Residues in Animal-borne Food

摘要 喹噁啉类药物是一类人工合成的抗菌促生长剂,曾被广泛用作牛、羊、猪、鸡和鱼的饲料添加剂,用以改善饲料利用率和提高动物体重增长率。有些品种毒性较大,在动物体内的残留对人和动物的健康具有极大危害。本文对动物源性食品中喹噁啉类药物的来源和危害以及国内外对动物源性食品中喹噁啉药物残留常用检测方法进行了评述及展望。 Quinoxaline-1,4-dioxides are a group of synthetic antimicrobial growth promotants which were widely used as feed additives for cow, goat, swine, chicken and fish, to improve feed efficiency, increase the rate of weight gain. Some members of the quinoxialin-1,4-dioxides family have severe toxicity and their residues in animal tissues are harm- ful to the health of human and animals. In this article, the source, harm and common analytical methods for quinoxaline residues in edible animal products were reviewed based on references, in order to promote more effective residual detec- tion and supervision.
