摘要
采用溶胶—凝胶法制备了纳米SiO2,研究了3种干燥条件对制备纳米SiO2粉体的影响,对制备的纳米SiO2粉体的表面结构做了分析。结果表明:通过CO2超临界流体技术制备的SiO2超细粉体分散性好,比表面积高,粒径为30nm左右。
Nano-SiO2 was prepared by sol-gel method.In this paper,three kinds of drying conditions on the preparation of Nano-SiO2 powders have been studied.The surface structure of Nano-SiO2 has been analyzed.The results show that:The Nano-SiO2 powders with optimal dispersibility and higher specific surface area grains with average diameter of about 30 nm can be obtained by carbon dioxide supercritical drying technique.
