摘要 以ZK60镁合金薄板为研究对象,采用CO2激光焊进行焊接试验,然后使用金相显微镜、扫描电镜和X射线衍射仪等分析测试手段,分析了ZK60镁合金CO2激光焊接接头中常见的焊接缺陷,并对其产生的主要原因和防止措施进行了探究.实验结果表明:ZK60镁合金CO2激光焊接接头中存在的主要缺陷是气孔和裂纹.在有些情况下还容易产生其它缺陷如夹杂、未熔合、未焊透、咬边等.但是只要选择正确的焊接规范和合适的工艺参数,是可以有效地避免或减少这些缺陷的. The CO2 laser beam was used to weld ZK60 magnesium alloy plates. The paper the common defects as well as the main causes and significant preventive measures is analysized by optical microscopes (OM), scanning electron microscopes (SEM) and X-rays. The results show that porosity and cracking are the main defects in ZK60 magnesium alloys joints under the condition of this experiment. Sometimes there are other defects in joints as solid inclusion, incomplete fusion and penetration. But these defects can be avoided or minimized under the correct welding specification and the condition of appropriate process parameter.
