摘要
国家机构是我国宪法的最主要内容之一,国家机构组织法是宪法相关法的重要方面。1982年《宪法》公布实施以来,适应改革开放和现代化建设的新的要求,我国国家机构及其组织法不断发展和完善,从中得出的基本启示是:国家机构的建设和发展要以中国特色社会主义理论和宪法原理为指导,贯彻民主集中制原则,不断依法推进国家机构改革。按照健全组织法制的要求,要更加重视国家机构及组织法的作用,加强国家机构及组织法研究,完善国家机构组织法,逐步实现国家机构组织、职能的法定化。
State organ is one of the most important content of the Constitution;the State organ law is the important aspect of the Constitutional Laws.Since the 1982 Constitution was promulgated,to adapt to the new demands of the reform and opening up and modernization,a great progress has made in the development of the State organ and State organ law.The basic inspiration is that the development of the State organ shall adhere to the socialist theory with Chinese characteristics and Constitutional principles as a guide;China shall uphold the principle of democratic centralism and constantly promote the reform of the State organ in accordance with the Constitution,at the same time,It is necessary to pay more attention to role of the State organ law,to strengthen research of the State organ and to improve the Constitutional Laws on the State organ.
