水针疗法联合中药治疗腰椎间盘突出症临床研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨水针疗法联合中药治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效。方法:将74例患者随机分为对照组37例和治疗组37例。对照组单纯采用水针疗法,治疗组在对照组的基础上采用麝香膏外敷结合内服方药治疗。结果:对照组有效率为67.57%,治疗组有效率为91.89%,两组有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:水针疗法联合中药治疗腰椎间盘突出症临床效果明显。 Objective:To study the curative effect of combined treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine for prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc.Methods:74 cases were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,37 cases of each group.The control group was only given hydro-acupuncture and the treatment group was given additional Shexianggao applyment based on the control group.Results:The effective rate was 67.57% in control group and 91.89% in treatment group.The difference was not statistically significant(P0.05).Conclusion:Hydro-acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc has obvious clinical effect.
