摘要
为解决用传统工艺(硌矿砂制芯工艺)制作汽缸体水套芯所带来的诸多问题,改用了陶瓷砂制芯工艺。介绍了陶瓷砂制芯工艺的试验过程。通过工艺试验,确认了砂芯的脱模性和对模具寿命的影响,确认了砂芯的强度、耐火度和蓄热能力对铸件凝固收缩、内腔表面质量和材料理化性能的影响。
It was necessary to change the process to solve the problems on making ceramic sand core of cylinder block by the traditional technology. The making process of ceramic sand core was introuduced. The demoulding of the core and the influence on mould life were confirmed through the experiment. The influences of the strength, refractoriness and thermal storage capacity of the sand core on castings solidification shrinkage, internal cavity surface quality, physical and chemical pronerties of the material were confirmed as well.
