Numerical Simulation on Solidification of QT450-10 Rise-guide Groove and Its Process Optimization

摘要 根据QT450-10上升导槽球铁件的结构特点及技术要求,采用封闭式浇注系统,两箱造型。利用View-Cast软件对铸造凝固过程进行数值模拟,预测铸件的缩孔、缩松缺陷及其产生的位置,分析其产生的原因及机理。根据模拟结果,改进了铸造工艺,消除了缩孔、缩松缺陷,获得了最佳工艺方案。 According to structural characteristics and technical requirements, the closed injection system and two cases of modeling were used. The solidification process was simulated by View-cast software. The shrinkage defects and their positions were forecasted. The cause and mechanism of shrinkage defects were analyzed. Based on the results of simulation, the casting process was improved and the shrinkage defects were eliminated. Then, the reasonable scheme of the castings process was obtained.
