摘要
采用化学成分分析,金相分析及客观信息分析等方法,对某型号柴油机气缸套碎裂样品进行了分析检验,结果表明:出现碎裂的主要原因可能是运输过程中的野蛮装卸或装机过程中的野蛮安装造成的。
The failure reason of the disintegration of the cylinder liner in a given diesel was investigated by chemical composition examination and metallographical analysis and intbrmation analysis. The results show that the disintegration of the cylinder liner in all probability resultes from the ferocious loading and discharging, or ferocious installation.
