摘要
传统的人文学科人才培养模式已不能适应时代发展的需求,研究型大学的定位和优势,使其在人文学科高素质创新型人才培养模式的探索中必将大有可为。近二十年来,研究型大学纷纷设立人文学科实验班,实施"大类、自主招生""大类培养""通才教育与专才教育并重"等,对人文学科人才培养模式进行改革。研究型大学美国斯坦福大学,在人文学科世界排名中能一直居于前列,关键在于其将"以学生为中心""科学与人文相结合""课内和课外相结合"等教育理念切实贯彻到人文学科人才培养模式中去。
The traditional cultivation model of talents of humanistic disciplines cannot meet the needs of the develop- ment of the times. As for the positioning and advantages, research universities can play a major role in reformation of the cultivation model of the qualified creative humanities talents. In recent 20 years, research universities have established experimental classes of humanistic disciplines in succession, implementing "autonomous enroUment", "large- scale training" and "equal focus on general education and specialized education", reforming the cultivation model of talents of humanistic disciplines. As a research university, Stanford University is in the top of the world ranking of humanistic dis- ciplines. The key is that Stanford University puts the educational concepts of "student - center", "the combination of sci- ence and humanity", and "the combination of in class and out of class" into the practice of the cultivation model of tal- ents of humanistic disciplines.
