车辆驱动电机电磁噪声声振辐射定量分析

摘要 以声振辐射理论为基础分析了车辆驱动电机电磁噪声的产生机理。运用电机学、电磁学、声学以及力学原理对电机电磁噪声声振辐射进行了定量计算和分析,其中涉及到电机气隙磁场电磁力波分析,电磁力波产生的径向力计算,由径向力引发的电机振动分析以及电机振动激发声波产生的声振辐射的定量计算。通过对电磁噪声声振辐射的定量计算过程,以期从源头上实现对电机电磁噪声的控制,进而有助于指导车辆驱动电机的设计。通过实例说明了该方法的准确、有效。 First of all, the author analyzed the generating mechanism of vehicle driving motor based on the theory of radiation of sound and vibration. Then, calculated and analyzed the electromagnetic noise's radia- tion of sound and vibration quantification-ally using the principles of electro-mechanics, electromagnetism, acoustic and mechanics, which involved the analysis of electromagnetic force wave of motor air-gap magnetic field, the calculation of radial force produced by electromagnetic force wave, the analysis of motor's vibration caused by radial force and the quantificational calculation of radiation of sound and vibration produced by sound waves which aroused by the motor's vibration. Through the quantificational calculation process of the electromagnetic noise's radiation of sound and vibration, to realize the control of electromagnetic noise from the source of motor, and contribute to guiding the design of vehicles driving motor. Finally, an example shows the method is correct and effective.
