摘要
采用扫描电镜对冷轧带钢表面异物压入缺陷的形貌和成分进行了分析,并对冷轧各生产工序对异物压入缺陷的影响进行了分析。结果表明,冷轧带钢异物压入缺陷与辊系材料产生的磨屑或胶辊表面的粘附物以及乳液过滤系统有关。通过控制原料上料温度,提高酸洗区域大辊径S辊及控制辊辊面硬度,机架间乳液胶管更换为铁管,改进乳液系统等,使异物压入缺陷率大大降低,提高了产品质量。
Shapes of the inlay defects by foreign substances and compositions of these sub- stances on the surface of a cold roiled strip steel sheet are checked and analyzed by scanning electron microscope, and also the effect of cold-rolled procedures on the inlay defects is analyzed. The analytical results show that these defects are caused by debris produced during rolling process of the rolls due to the material for making these rolls or adhered things on the surface of the rolls and also linked to the system for filtering the emulsion. After adopting some countermeasures such as controlling the temperature of a slab to be charged, improving the surface hardness of heavy S rollers at the acid pickling zone, replacing rubber tubes with iron pipes" and upgrading the system for filtering the emulsion and thus the rate of defects like inlay defects is reduced greatly and the quality of products are improved.
