直接稀释进样-气相色谱-质谱法分析烟用香精 被引量:2

摘要 采用液-液萃取、超声辅助提取、固相微萃取和直接稀释进样等4种提取方法提取烟用香精,用气相色谱-质谱法对其挥发性和半挥发性成分进行鉴定和测定。结果表明:直接稀释法具有相对较高的信息量和理想的香味物质提取量。共鉴定出19种成分,用峰面积归一化定量的成分占85.4%。 Samples of tobacco essence were extracted individually by 4 different methods, i. e. , liquid-liquid extraction, ultrasonic solvent extraction, solid phase micro-extraction and direct dilution sample introduction, and the volatile and semi-volatile components in the extracts were identified and determined by GC-MS. It was found that higher information content and extraction efficiency of fragrant components were obtained by the method of direct dilution sample introduction. Totally 19 compounds were identified and determined by the method of normalization, with their relative contents (in %) amounting to 85.4% of the total peak areas.
