摘要
提出了X射线荧光光谱法测定闪速吹炼炉渣中8种痕量元素和4种组分的含量。将粒径为0.075~0.106mm的样品粉末以35t压力保压20s制成样片。选用标准样品绘制工作曲线,选择合适的测定谱线校正元素的谱线重叠干扰。用同一样品重复测定10次,测得其相对标准偏差小于6.5%。方法用于3个闪速吹炼炉渣样品分析,所得结果与其他方法的测定值相符。
XRPF determination of 8 trace elements and 4 components in slags from flash converting furnace was proposed in this paper. The sample was powdered to sizes in the range of 0. 075 0. 106 mm and pressed under a pressure of 35 t for 20 s to form a disc sample. Working curves were prepared by using standard samples. Interferences due to overlapping of spectral lines were overcomed by using suitable spectral lines. Values of RSD's (n= 10) were found to be less than 6.5% by analysis of a sample of flash converting furnace slag. Three samples were analyzed by the proposed method, giving results in consistency with the results found by other methods.
