摘要
用紫外分光光度计测定酸性条件下铅离子与碘化钾及孔雀石绿三元络合物显色体系的吸光度,代入标准曲线方程得到溶液中铅离子的浓度,并用硝酸-过氧化氢湿法消化法对样品进行预处理。结果表明:该显色体系的最大吸收波长为620 nm,反应的稳定性良好,是一种简便准确的爆米花铅含量的测定方法。
Wet digestion method was employed to prepare sample, then, ultraviolet spectrophotometer was used to measure the absorbance of the color system formed by the conversion of Pb ion, KI and malachite un- der acidic condition. Subsequently, Pb content of popcorn is derived from the standard curve. Results sug- gested that the maximum absorption wavelength of the system was 620 nm and the good stability was obtained which revealed a sample and precise method for Pb quantification in popcorn.
