摘要
近年来,中小桥梁越来越多,中小桥梁的预制板梁在预制板梁厂预制的过程中监管不到位,预制板梁的质量令人担忧,应引起相关部门的高度重视。结合几座中小桥梁在预制板梁厂预制板梁的工程实践,针对预制板梁预制过程中出现的一些质量问题,进行了深入的分析,提出了具体的预防对策,对提高预制板梁的质量具有一定的指导意义。
In recent years,there are more and more small and medium bridges.The monitor and management of prefabricated plate beams for the small and medium bridges are not in place during the prefabrication in the factories.The worrying quality of prefabricated plate beam should be attached great importance from the relative departments.According to the engineering practices of prefabricated plate beams of the factory for several small and medium bridges,the article deeply analyzes some quality problems existing in the prefabrication process of prefabricated plate beam,and puts forward the detail preventive countermeasures,which has some guiding meanings for improving the quality of prefabricated plate beam.
