湘粤赣省际边界禁止开发区域生态旅游环境质量综合评价 被引量:7

Comprehensive Assessment of Environmental Quality of the Eco-Tourism Districts in the Inter-Provincial Boundary Area of Guangdong,Hunan and Jiangxi

摘要 生态旅游环境质量评价是主体功能区中禁止开发区域发展生态旅游的前提。选取湘粤赣省际边界的丹霞山、莽山、苏仙岭和三百山等具有代表意义的禁止开发区域为研究对象,通过构建生态旅游环境质量评价的压力—状态—响应模型,定量分析了该边界区4个禁止开发区域生态旅游活动对其自然、经济、社会环境质量的影响,以及由此产生的生态环境压力及其响应状况。研究认为,湘粤赣边界禁止开发区域生态环境总体质量良好,但各指标质量发展不均:①生态旅游活动对湘粤赣边界禁止开发区域生态环境造成的整体压力处于中低压状态;②生态环境承载力能应对目前生态旅游发展对其产生的压力,这为湘粤赣边界各禁止开发区域发展生态旅游提供了较为广阔的发展空间和重要保障;③经济、社会生态环境指标质量的提高和环保意识培养是禁止开发区域生态环境建设的重点。评价结果是湘粤赣边界禁止开发区域研究生态旅游发展机制和模式前提和基础。 The paper were collected by field investigation, monitoring and relative references from the districts of ecological tourism in the inter-provincial boundary areas of Guangdong, Hunan and Jiangxi. Based on these data, the natural and social status of the districts of Danxiashan, Suxianling, Mangshan and Sanbaishan were assessed with the analytic hierarchy process(AHP) method and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. The results show that the overall quality of ecological environment is in good condition in the inter-provincial boundary, while the qualities of item indicators are uneven:(1)The whole pressure on those eco-tourism districts caused by the ecological tourism activities is in the low state. (2)The response mechanism in eco-tourism districts can fully cope with the pressure of the eco-tourism sustainable development, which provide spaces for the eco-tourism further development. (3)The main problems should be solved are to improve the quality of the economic and social environment and to train stakeholders' consciousness of environmental protection. The evaluation results provides decision-making basis for exploring the development mechanism and model of the eco-tourism districts in the inter-provincial boundary areas of Guangdong, Hunan and Jiangxi.
