根据GB 5009.5—2010中分光光度法对垃圾堆肥中蛋白质的含量进行测定,分析其在测定过程中的不确定度来源,并对测试结果做不确定评定。
According to the provisions of spectrophotometry in GB/T 5009. 5--2010, the content of protein in waste composting was tested. In the determination process, the sources of its uncertainty were analyzed, and the uncertainty of the results was evaluated.
