摘要 基于飞思卡尔MC9S08DZ60微控制器,设计了一种光伏旁路二极管在线监测系统。系统以MC9S08DZ60为核心,包括节点检测、集中器和ZigBee无线传输及上位机四部分。节点检测装置采集二极管接线盒的温度、电流、电压参数,经CAN总线传输至集中器,并经ZigBee网络无线输送至上位机监测中心。本系统可以实现光伏旁路二极管状态的实时采集、测量、无线传输功能。测试表明,该系统具有测量精确度高、可靠性好、抗干扰能力强等特点。 A bypass diode of photovohaic on-line monitoring system is designed based on freescale MC9S08DZ60 microeontroller. The system uses MC9S08DZ60 as its core, including node detection, concentrator, ZigBee wireless transmission and the host computer. Node detection device acquaints the temperature, current, voltage parameters of the bypass diode. The acquainted data will be transmitted to concentrator through the CAN bus and up|oaded to the master computer monitoring center by ZigBee wireless transmission network. The system can achieve the function of photovohaic bypass diode real-time acquisition, measurement and wireless transmission. Tests show that the system has the feature of measurement accuracy, reliabilityand strong anti-interference etc.
