摘要
根据不同系列管夹制件的内在联系,通过对制件的特点和工艺分析,采用可变更换的镶块形式,设计了一副一模多用的级进模,介绍了该模的结构设计特点,对该类模具的设计要点进行了总结。实践证明,该模具设计合理,制件质量可靠,节省了大量的财力、物力、人力,为公司的发展提供了一种新的思路。
According to internal connection of different series of pipe clamp ,based on characteristics of parts of product and technology analysis and replaceable insert form ,a multi-purpose progresssive die was designed ,the design of the die structure characteristics was discussed, working principle of the die was presented and points of design of these dies was summarized. Production proves that the design of the die is reasonable and product quality is reliable, saved the massive manpower, the physical resource and the financial resource.It pointed out a new idea for development of a corporation.
