血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂防治实验性心肌肥厚的形态学研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的 :观察血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂卡托普利防治心肌肥厚的作用 ,并比较倍他乐克对心肌肥厚的影响。方法 :选用腹主动脉缩窄的大鼠实验性心肌肥厚模型 ,分心肌肥厚组、卡托普利组、倍他乐克组和对照组。常规电镜制样 ,除定性观察外 ,每组分别进行有关体视学分析。结果 :心肌肥厚组心肌细胞超微结构病变明显 ,间质胶原纤维增多 ;卡托普利组心肌细胞和间质超微结构基本正常。心肌肥厚和倍他乐克组的心肌肌原纤维体密度低于卡托普利和对照组 ,而线粒体密度高于之 (P<0 0 5 ,P <0 0 1)。结论 Purpose To study preventive effect of captopril on cardiae hypertrophy compare it with betaloc. Methods The animal model of cardiae hypertrophy induced by abdominal aortic stenosis might be divided into cardiac hypertropy, captopril betaloc, sham operated and control group. Each group took the analyses of morphometry as well as observation. Results Ultrastructurally, pathological changes were obvious in myocytes of the animal model group accompanied by the increase in collagen fibers. The ultrastructural appearances of the captopril group were nearly normal. The myofibril volume density in the groups of animal model and betaloc were lower in the lever than those of captopril and sham operated groups. The mitochodria volume density of them were relatively higher in the animal model and betaloc groups. Conclusion Captopril can prevent cardiae hypertropy and protect myocytes against injuring factors.
