摘要
目的了解上海市二级医院护士对胰岛素笔使用知识掌握的状况及其影响因素。方法采用自行设计的胰岛素笔使用知识调查问卷对3所医院的110名护士进行调查。结果护士对胰岛素笔使用知识总分为(63.37±14.10)分,其中正确拔针方法知晓率仅占18.18%;是否内分泌科、是否接受过培训、职称和医院是护士胰岛素笔使用知识掌握的影响因素。结论护理管理者应加强护士胰岛素笔使用的相关培训,提高护士的专科操作水平和技能。
Objective To investigate the related knowledge status and influencing factors of insulin pen use among the nurses in 2 - level hospitals in Shanghai. Method A total, of 110 nurses from 3 hospitals were investigated with a self - designed questionnaire about the insulin pen use related knowledge. Results The score of insulin pen use related knowledge of nurses was （63.37±14.10 ）. Among the total involved nurses, the correct awareness rate was 18.18 % about the methods of pulling needles. The nurses in different hospitals, professional titles, working in endocrinologieal department or not, and receiving training or not were the influencing factors of insulin pen use related knowledge. Conclusion Nurse managers should strengthen insulin pen ues related training to improve the knowledge and ability of nurses.
