摘要 [目的]观察当归四逆汤的镇痛作用及时间-效应关系和剂量-效应关系。[方法]采用热板镇痛法、尾尖部压痛法、扭体法、甩尾法等4种方法,用小鼠和大鼠两种动物全面验证当归四逆汤的镇痛效果。[结果]通过实验研究发现,当归四逆汤对热刺激、机械刺激、化学刺激所诱发的动物疼痛均有抑制作用,并且呈现一定时效、量效关系。其中对小鼠热板致痛的痛阈值有一定程度的提高(P<0.05),且中剂量、高剂量组作用可持续至360min;对小鼠醋酸致痛引起的扭体次数有降低作用(P<0.05),且高剂量组的扭体抑制率达到53%。[结论]当归四逆汤对热板镇痛法、尾尖部压痛法、扭体法、甩尾法等四种疼痛模型都具有镇痛作用。 [Objective] To observe the analgesic effect,the time-effect relationship and the dose-response relationship of Danggui Sini decoction.[Method] Using the methods of hot plate,tail tip tenderness,acetic acid writhing and tail-flick test with mice and rats to fully validate the analgesic effect of Danggui Sini decoction.[Results] The pain induced by thermal stimulation,mechanical stimulation,chemical stimulation was inhibited by Danggui Sini decoction,and present a certain time-effect relationship and dose-response relationship.Danggui Sini decoction can raise the threshold of pain induced by hot plate which can sustain 360min in high-dose groups.Danggui Sini decoction also can reduce the numbers of writhing induced by acetic acid in mice.And the writhing inhibition rate of the high-dose groups can reach 53%.[Conclusion] Danggui Sini decoction has obvious analgesic effects on the models of hot plate,tail tip tenderness,acetic acid writhing and drift method.
