摘要
在分析MC56F8257 Flash存储器的特点和在线编程技术的基础上,提出一种针对DSC双哈佛结构的Flash在线编程方法,给出其擦除/写入流程,对技术难点进行了阐述,并进行调试结果分析,实现了DSCMC56F8257 Flash的页擦除和字写入功能.
The characteristic of DSC Flash memory is analyzed,and a method for DSC Flash in-circuit programming is presented.Its erasing and writing flow chart are given.Some difficulties being occurred in programming process are solved.In the CodeWarrior,MC56F8257 Flash is erased or written by the method.
