催化裂化油浆与SBR乳液复合改性塔河渣油制90#道路沥青 被引量:3

摘要 针对塔河渣油改质道路沥青的问题,考察了金陵催化裂化油浆经拔头后的残留油浆、中间馏分以及经拔头后的残留油浆交联缩合反应物改性塔河渣油的效果。在此基础上,还对金陵催化裂化油浆与丁苯橡胶(SBR)乳液复合改性塔河渣油进行了研究。结果表明,油浆改性塔河渣油有一定效果,但经拔头后的残留油浆改性塔河渣油时,调和沥青的10℃残留延度无法满足90#沥青标准要求;而中间馏分油改性时,调和沥青的针入度与残留延度无法同时满足90#沥青标准要求。采用金陵催化裂化油浆中间馏分(400~500℃)与SBR乳液配制成母液作为塔河渣油的调和组分,当SBR乳液添加质量分数为1.0%,油浆加入质量分数为9.0%时,调和沥青的针入度为91.8 mm,软化点为48.1℃,延度大于150.0 cm,老化后针入度比达到了58.7%,残留延度为10.6 cm,各项指标均满足了90#(A)沥青标准的要求。 Aiming at the problems of Tahe (TH) residue oil- produced road asphalt, the modification effects of the topped residual slurry and its erosslink- ing condensation product and middle distillate oil of Jinling catalytic cracking (JL FCC) slurry on the performance of TH residue oil were investigated, and the modification of TH residue oil with JL FCC slurry and styrene - butadiene rubber (SBR) latex was also studied. The results showed that the Slurry had a certain modification effect on TH residue oil,but the residual ductility at 10℃ of the modified asphalt could not meet the need of 90# asphalt standard when the topped residual slurry was used to modify. TH residue oil, and the penetration and residual ductility could not meet the need of the same standard simultaneously when the middle distillate oil was used. With the middle distillate oil (400 - 500℃ , mass fraction 9% ) of JL FCC slurry and SBR latex (mass fraction 1% ) as mother liquor to modify TH residue oil, the penetration, softening point, ductility at 15℃ before aging,penetration ratio and residual ductility at 10℃ after aging of the blending asphalt were 91.8 mm,48. 1 ~C,150.0 cm, 58. 7% , and 10.6 cm, respectively and could meet the require- ment of 90#(A) standard.
