摘要
根据"素质冰山模型",一个人的综合职业素质是由"冰山以上"和"冰山以下"两部分决定的。这一理论的提出对于现代人力资源管理具有重要的意义。在阐述"冰山理论"内涵及其在人力资源管理中的作用的基础上,从职务分析、人员招聘、员工培训、人员配置、员工激励、员工职业规划等方面探讨了素质冰山理论在中小企业人力资源管理中的应用。
According to "quality iceberg principle",a person's professional quality is determined by the two parts of "above iceberg" and "below iceberg".This theory has important implications for modern human resource management.Based on explaining the connotation of "iceberg principle" and its role in human resource management,this paper discusses the application of quality iceberg principle in human resource management in small and medium enterprises from post analysis,employee recruitment,staff training,personnel allocation,employee incentive,employee career planning and so on.
