摘要
许芝银教授从事乳腺疾病研究40余年,对该系统疾病的治疗用药积累了丰富经验。笔者介绍许教授治疗急性乳腺炎的临床经验,分析其辨证思路及立法、处方、用药特点,以供读者借鉴。许教授治疗急性乳腺炎,多从"气"而论,主要分四期(郁滞期、成脓期、溃后期、硬块期)治之,以自拟的乳痈散结汤加减治疗,配合湿热敷加按摩通乳,使乳络通、乳汁畅出、乳房气血调和,使本病易趋康复。
Professor XU Zhi-yin has been working on breast diseases for more than 40 years,and has accumulated lots of experience on treating these diseases.To introduce Professor XU Zhi-yin,s experience in treating acute mastitis and analysing the characteristics of his syndrome differentiation way,prescribing formulas for the readers.Professor XU treaded acute mastitis,which be divided into four periods（stagnant period,pus formation period,ulceration period,lump period）,mainly from‘Qi’.The disease treated with self-made Ruyongsanjie Tang by mainly,which also combined with wet-fomentation and massage breast to push forward.That makes lactiferous ducts smooth,discharges the milk,regulates qi and blood of the breast and rehabilitates the disease.
