摘要
分析低温管道保冷层的失效及被破坏的原因,主要是在保冷隔汽层设置及施工方面存在缺陷,造成供冷管路金属表面水渍侵袭、锈蚀严重,致使保冷层的功能荡然无存,也使得冷损失加大、能量白白浪费。介绍保冷管道的防水、防潮、隔汽的不同物理意义。提出将保冷管道隔汽层的连续性和严密性作为重点改进方向。
Failure and damaged reasons on insulation layer of low-temperature pipe are analyzed.They are the installing and constructional deficiency of vapor barrier,which cause the water-damaged attack and rust-eaten on the metal surface of cool pipe,the failure of cold insulation layer and the serious refrigerating loss.In addition,the physical meanings of the cool pipe waterproof,damp-proof and vapor barrier are introduced respectively.The continuity and tightness of vapor barrier of cool pipe are considered as the very important improvement direction.
