摘要
应用UG、ADAMS和ANSYS软件,实现齿轮传动仿真分析。利用UG实现建模,利用ADAMS实现动力学仿真,利用ANSYS实现静力学和模态仿真。由ADAMS的数据,验证了虚拟样机模型的正确性,齿轮传动的平稳性,由ADAMS和ANSYS的数据,验证了齿轮强度和刚度的可靠性。
This paper realizes simulation of gear transmission together by means of comprehensive application of UG, ADAMS and ANSYS. It realizes modeling using UG, dynamics simulation using ADAMS, static simulation using ANSYS. The datas based on ADAMS have verified the steadiness of Gear Transmission and correctness of virtual prototype model, The datas based on ADAMS and ANSYS have verified reliability of gear strength and rigidity.
