摘要
为解决BWY-220/9型泥浆泵动力端十字头与滑道摩擦副磨损严重,引起润滑油严重污染,导致泥浆泵动力端发热问题,利用有限元分析方法对摩擦副不同配合间隙下的接触应力进行了分析,并根据分析结果试制加工了新的十字头与衬套,实验结果证明,新摩擦副有效减轻了十字头的磨损,解决了动力端发热严重的问题,并延长了十字头摩擦副的使用寿命。
In order to solve the wear serious between the crosshead in the drive part of the BWY-220/ 9 mud pump and slide friction pair,caused the lubricant serious pollution,lead to the drive part of the mud pump fever. This paper analyses the contact stress in different gap of friction pair by finite element analysis, according to the results of the analysis, new crossheads and bushes are machined. The experimental results show that the new friction pair can effectively reduce the wear of the crosshead, solve the heating problem of the driver part and extend the service life of the crosshead friction pair.
