摘要
随着虚拟样机技术的发展,为了缩短产品的开发周期,越来越多的产品开发采用虚拟样机技术。在介绍虚拟样机概念的基础上,以某型煤矿用全液压钻机(以下简称钻机)为例,阐述了煤矿用钻机采用虚拟样机仿真技术的设计特点。首先建立钻机的三维模型,然后利用仿真软件进行运动及液压系统仿真,通过施加不同的载荷对设计进行性能验证。钻机设计完成后,通过物理样机的制造及井下工业性实验,结果表明:钻机性能达到设计要求,从实践上验证了钻机开发中采用虚拟样机设计的可能性。
Virtual prototyping technology has been more and more important in product development, based on the concept of virtual prototype, as a example of coal mine fully hydraulic drilling, elaborated characteristics of rig design, drilling performance often through underground experiments to verify, experiment cycle and cost to reduced using virtual prototype simulation synchronization process. First the 3D model has been established, then the analysis software used to motion and the hydraulic system simulation, by loading different loads for design verification, and the prospect of application of the virtual prototyping technology.
