摘要 采用各种色谱技术从芸香科(Rutaceae)黄皮属植物黄皮Clausena lansium(Lour.)Skeels核的乙醇提取物中分离得到11个化合物,利用波谱技术和理化常数鉴定其化学结构,分别为:N-甲基桂皮酰胺(N-methyl-cin-namamide,1),桂皮酰胺(cinnamamide,2),黄皮新肉桂酰胺A(lansiumamide A,3),黄皮新肉桂酰胺B(lansi-umamide B,4),dihydroalatamide(5),黄皮酰胺(clausenamide,6),(2E)-3-phenyl-2-propenoic acid-2-oxo-2-phenyle-thyl ester(7),3-苄基香豆素(3-benzylchromen-2-one,8),4-hydroxy-4-methyl-2-cyclohexen-1-one(9),胡萝卜苷(daucosterol,10)和β-谷甾醇(β-sitosterol,11),化合物2、5、7-11为首次从该植物中分离得到. The chemical constituents from Clausena lansium (Lout.) Skeels were isolated by several chromatographic methods, including silica gel, ODS, Sephadex LH-20 and preparation HPLC, in the present study. Eleven compounds were obtained from the ethanol extract and their structures were elucidated by their physicochemical properties and spectral data, which included N-methyl-cinnamamide (1), cinnamamide (2), lansiumamide A (3), lansiumamide B (4), dihydroalatamide ( 5 ), clausenamide (6), (2E) -3-phenyl-2-propenoic acid-2-oxo-2-phenylethyl ester ( 7), 3-benzylchromen-2-one ( 8 ), 4- hydroxy-4-methyl-2-cyclohexen-1-one (9), daucosterol (10) and 13-sitosterol ( 11 ), respectively. Among them, compounds 2, 5, 7 -11 were isolated from C. lansium for the first time.
