胰十二指肠切除Kissing式胰肠吻合术后并发症的观察及护理 被引量：1

摘要 目的探讨胰十二指肠切除Kissing式胰肠吻合[1]术后并发症的护理观察及对策。方法对81例行胰十二指肠切除Kissing式胰肠吻合术并发症患者的术后护理进行回顾性分析。结果术后21例患者发生并发症,其中胰瘘3例,消化道出血1例,乳糜瘘2例,肠梗阻4例,胃排空延迟3例,肺部感染5例,切口感染3例。结论严密的病情观察,有针对性的护理,可以减少Kissing式胰肠吻合术后并发症的发生率及死亡率。
