摘要
目的对家兔多次间断大量采血方法进行优化,以提高采血的成功率。方法家兔50只,均为雄性,每只体重3~3.5kg,随机分为常规组和优化组,每组25只,每间隔1周采血1次,共采血4次,每次采血量30ml,取血部位为耳中央动脉。常规组运用30ml注射器采血,取耳中央动脉采血。优化组利用30ml注射器去掉针头与7号头皮针连接的自制采血器采血,其余方法相同。计录采血成功的次数,计算两组采血成功率,行卡方检验,运用SPSS14.0软件进行统计学分析。结果常规组和优化组的家兔分别采血100次,常规组仅12次采血量可达30ml,采血成功率为12%,其余采血量5~20ml不等;优化组有98次采血量可达到30ml,成功率为98%,两组数据行卡方检验,优化组与常规组比较差异有统计学意义(x^2=145.96,P〈0.01)。同时,优化组采血时间缩短且很少有刺穿家兔血管情况发生。结论运用自制采血器采血的成功率明显优于直接运用注射器采血。
Objective To optimized the method of largely collecting rabbits' blood repeatedly and interruptely in order to im- prove the achievement ratio of collecting rabbits'blood. Methods Selected 50 male rabbits with each weight about 3 to 3.5 kilogram. Each rabbit equally was separated into the conventional group and ptimized group. There were 25 rabbits in one group. Collected the blood of all rabbits with volume of 30 ml in every two weeks in the site of the ear central artery. Four times were done for the collecting blood finally. Used a 30 ml syringe to collect blood through the ear central artery in con- ventional group and in the optimized group used the homemade device which was made by the no needle 30 ml syringe and the 7th scalp needle to collect blood of the ear central artery. The number of collecting blood successfully was recorded. Cal- culated the achievement ratio of the two groups. The SPSS 16.0 software was used for statistical analysis. Results Volume of blood which was up to 30 ml was only 12 times among 100 times. The remains were 5 to 20 ml and the long time was spent to collect blood. So it was easy to pierce rabbit blood vessel to increase the difficulty of the next experiment. But in the optimized they had 98 times and less time was spent. It was not liable to pierce the blood vessel. The achievement ratio of collecting blood was 12 % in conventional group and 98% in optimized group. Two Independent-Samples of Non-Parametric Test results showed that:the difference was statistically significant(P〈0. 01). Meanwhile,when collecting blood, must be a- ware of the ambient temperature which was higher than room temperature and flick the rabbit's ear before puncturing in or- der to expend the ear central artery completely. Conclusion A homemade lancing device was significantly better than the general syringe in achievement ratio of collecting blood.
