摘要
目的建立一种简单、准确的血细胞分析仪性能评价方法。方法依据CLIA’88规定的实验结果总允许误差(Tea%),用室间质量评价平均偏倚(Bias%)和室内质控变异系数(CV%),在Excel中用X,Y轴散点法作方法决定图(MD)、方法决定总图。结果5个评价项目X,Y数据点分别为:红细胞(O.95%,2.05%)、血细胞比容(1.44%,0.63%)、血红蛋白(o.96%,3.63%)、白细胞(1.95%,0.19%)、血小板(5.45%,5.93%);方法决定总图5个数据点分别为:(15.83%,34.15%),(24.00%,10.47%),(137.10%,51.83%),(13.00%,1.24%),(21.80%,23.74%)。结论方法决定图评价仪器性能简单、准确,值得临床推广。迈瑞BC-5300血细胞分析仪性能良好。
Objective To establish a simple and accurate evaluation method of blood cells analyzer's performance. So as to clinical inspection results provide reliable guarantee. Methods In excel,according to the provisions of the CLIA'88 to ex- perimental results total error allowed (Tea %), with the between laboratories quality evaluation average Bias (Bias%) and quality control in laboratory variation coefficient (CV%),we made XY axis scatter plot chart to get method decided (MD) figure and methods decided figure the assembly drawing. Results 5 evaluation projects data points respectively were: RBC (0.95%,2.05%),HCT (1.44%,0.63%),Hemoglobin (0.96%,3.63%/00) andWBC (1.95%,0.19%),platelet (5.45%, 5.93 %). Methods decided figure of the assembly drawing five grouse date points respectively were: (15.83 %, 34.15 % ), (24.00%,10.47%),(137.10%,51.83%),(13.00%,1.24%) and (21.80%,23.74%).Conclusion The method decided figure evaluating instrument performance is simple, accurate, and worth clinical application. Mindray BC-5300 blood cells an- alyzer has good performance.
