摘要
党建工作是企业管理的有机组成部分,是现代国有企业制度建设的重要内容。建立科学规范的党建工作考核机制,是全面落实党建工作责任制的重要途径。从党建工作与生产经营深度融合的角度出发,分析了建立科学规范的党建工作考核的必要性,对如何分层分级开展党建工作考核,推进企业核心竞争力提升等,从企业实践方面提出了一些对策和建议。
Party building is an integral part of corporate management and is an important aspect of system building in modem state - owned enterprises. To establish scientific and standardized assessment mechanisms for Party building efforts is an important way to fully implement the Party building responsibility system. The paper examines the deep integration between Party building and operations, based on which it conducts an analysis of the need to carry out scientific and standardized assessment of Party building efforts, and proposes some suggestions for businesses to adopt in practices on how to carry out assessment of Party building efforts at different levels and how to promote their core competitiveness.
