摘要
目的:检测五倍子与没食子乙醇提取物处理脱矿后的牙釉质的表面硬度,考察二者对釉质再矿化的影响。方法:采用化学方法建立牙齿龋病模型,分别经五倍子和没食子乙醇提取物处理,利用显微硬度仪测试各组硬度。结果:经五倍子和没食子乙醇提取物处理后的釉质表面硬度值分别为345.4 kg/mm2和330.6 kg/mm2,再矿化的效果差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01),对照组经去离子水处理后的釉质表面硬度值为313.0 kg/mm2,硬度差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:五倍子提取物(80 mg/mL)与没食子提取物(80 mg/mL)对人工脱矿釉质均有再矿化的能力,五倍子再矿化能力强于没食子。
Objective: To detect the hardness of artificial demineralized enamel treated with ethanol extract of Galla Chinensis and Galla Halepensis.Methods: Caries models were established using chemical methods and treated with the extracts of Galla Chinensis and Galla Halepensis.The surface hardness was determinated using micro hardness tester.Results: The average surface hardness values are 345.4 kg/mm 2,330.6 kg/mm 2 and 313.0 kg/mm 2 respectively under the treatments of extracts of Galla Chinensis,Galla Halepensis and deionized water.Conclusion: Data showed both remineralizing capacities of Galla Chinensis extract(80 mg/mL) and Galla Halepensis extract(80 mg/mL).The Galla Chinensis extract exhibited stronger effects compared to that of Galla Halepensis extract.
