摘要
水力压裂效果的好坏在一定程度上取决于裂缝的导流能力,影响支撑剂导流能力的因素很多,在压裂设计中必须加以考虑。开展了时间、压裂破胶液等因素对导流能力影响的实验研究,并首次开展了纤维的加入对支撑剂导流能力的影响研究和地层水浸泡条件下支撑剂导流能力的影响实验研究。实验结果表明,100h的导流能力曲线可以作为支撑剂长期导流能力实验的参考数据,纤维的加入对导流能力影响不大,但破胶液对支撑剂导流能力影响达到了50%~60%,地层水的浸泡对支撑剂导流能力影响达到了10%~40%。压裂设计中更应考虑这些因素的影响。
Whether the effect of hydraulic fracturing is good or not depends on flow conductivity of fracture to some extent.There are many factors influencing proppant’s flow conductivity,which should be considered during a fracturing design.In this study,the effect of some factors like time and broken fluid on flow conductivity is studied in laboratory.In addition,other two experiments arec arried on,including an effect of added fibre on conductivity,anda nother effect of a situation that formation water is immersed on conductivity.Results show that(1)the flow-conductivity curve within 100 hours can be taken as a reference data in a long-term experiment on proppant’s flow conductivity;(2)the effect of added fibre is not large whereas the effect of broken fluid ranges from 50% to 60%;(3)the effect of immersed formation water reaches 14% to 35%.So,these factors should be taken into considerationd uring the fracturing design.
