摘要
随着数控技术的不断发展,在实际工作中经常会碰到许多编程难题,特别是一些不规则图形的加工与编程,相当一部分数控技术人员对此束手无策。针对实际教学与加工过程中所遇到的一些不规则形状的图形,文章采取了一些特殊的数控编程方法来简化编程,并对刀具补偿的使用进行了深入的研究和分析,特别对编程时所遇到的难点进行了分析。操作和编程的实践表明,该方法能很好地解决此类问题。
With the development of CNC,complex programming problem is encountered in the actual work.Especially processing and programming of some irregular graphics is very difficult,some programs can not complete.However,irregular shape of the graph is encountered in teaching and processing,programming is simplified based on some special CNC programming,tool compensation to be studied and analyzed,especially analysis of the difficulties encountered in programming.The experiments shows that this method can be solve such problems.
