摘要
微波辐射下以硫酸铁为氧化剂,对苯偶姻氧化合成苯偶酰的反应进行研究。考察了影响反应的因素,得出了其最佳的反应条件为:20mL乙酸溶液(1∶1 V/V),240W微波辐射10min,产率达93.3%。
Benzil was synthesised by oxidizing benzoin with iron sulfate as the oxidant under microwave radiation.The effects of various factors on the reaction were studied.The optimal reaction conditions are: 20mL acetic acid solution(1∶1 V/V),240W microwave radiation,and reaction time,of 10min.Under the optimal conditions,the yield is above 93.3%.
