摘要
目的通过在大学生青春健康教育中的实践与探索,进一步强化高校医院的健康教育功能,探讨新形势下的大学生青春健康教育,特别是性病、艾滋病预防的新途径和新方法。方法 2010年校医院与当地疾控中心联合进行青春健康教育上岗师资(主持人)的培训,建立学生青春健康教育师资团队,然后这支团队采用同伴自主教育模式,即以高校医院为主导、学生为主体的青春健康同伴教育模式,集主持、情景模拟、互动体验、性健康知识传授等为一体,开展青春健康教育活动。结果持有"同伴教育上岗资格证书"的学生志愿者师资51人,开展同伴教育授课活动73次,受教育学生3 067人,发放预防艾滋病宣传资料8 500份,问卷调查3 000份,举行了大学生签字承诺仪式。结论以高校医院作为青春健康教育师资培训源的同伴教育模式,速度快、覆盖率高,效果显著,是高校青春健康教育的新途径和新方法,尤其对大学生性病、艾滋病等的预防,有着独特而重要的作用。
Objective To further strengthen the college hospital＇s function in health education through practice and exploration of the youth health education of college students,probe into the youth health education of college students under new circumstances,especially the new approaches and methods used to prevent sexual diseases and AIDS.Method In 2010,the college hospital and the local center for disease control jointly trained professional teachers（compere） for youth health education and organized a team of teachers to promote youth health education for students.Then this team carried out youth health education with the peer education mode,which was a youth and health peer education mode with the college hospital being the lead and students being the main body while integrating with hosting,scenario simulation,interactive experience,sexual health knowledge imparting.Results There were 51 teachers from student volunteers with ＂Professional Qualification Certificate for Peer Education＂ and 73 peer education teaching activities,which covered 3 067 students,were carried out.8 500 copies of publicity materials for AIDS prevention and 3 000 questionnaires were disseminated,and the college students＇ signing and commitment ceremony was held.Conclusion The peer education mode with college hospitals as the training resource for youth health education teachers,which has fast speed,high coverage rate and remarkable effect,is a new approach and method used to promote youth health education in colleges and plays an unique and important role in preventing sexual diseases and AIDS among college students.
