摘要
研究制取均一取代的羧甲基纤维素 (CMC)的工艺。研究棉短绒浆粕在不同配比条件下 ,工艺操作条件对产品取代均一性的影响机理 ,并通过酶水解和 1 H- NMR方法测定取代基沿 CMC分子链的分布和在失水葡萄糖单元 3个羟基中的分布情况。研究表明 ,采用两段加碱的新工艺可以明显提高 CMC的取代均一性。
The influence of the technological process conditions on the uniformity of CMC and the reaction mechanism were studied. A new process of two stage NaOH addition process was introduced and compared with the conventional addition manner. The distributions of substituents along the cellulose chains and within the three hydroxyl groups of anhydroglucose unit were characterized through the analyses of enzymatic hydrolysis and 1H NMR procedure respectively. The results show that the substituent uniformity of CMC can be improved by the two stage NaOH addition process.
