摘要
我国职业技能培训机构包括社会事业、民办合作、企业附属、政府部门等四种类型,担负着提高劳动者素质、促进就业再就业、提高劳动者收入、提升民生幸福指数、推进社会经济发展等重要社会责任。由于各种原因,部分职业培训机构表现出人本观、法律观、信用观、社会观等缺失现象。推动培训机构切实履行好社会责任,必须建立健全培训机构自我规制、行业规制、市场规制、法律规制、政府规制、舆论规制等。
In China, the vocational training institutes are divided into four main types, including social undertakings, private partnership, enterprise subsidiaries and government departments, which should be responsible for improving the quality of workers, for promoting employment and re-employment, for increasing the income of workers, for upgra ding people' s happiness index and for developing social economy. Since some of the vocational training institutes re markably showed the outlook deficiency of humanity, law, credit and society for various reasons, the regulations of training institute itself and government as well as the regulations of industry, market, law, and public opinions should be established and carried on in order to ensure the trainin~ institutes to oefform the social duty well.
