摘要
目的:探讨莫西沙星所致不良反应发生的规律及特点,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法:通过中国知网(CNKI)的中国医院知识仓库(CHKD)期刊全文数据库及美国国立图书馆数据库(PubMed)检索2000–2011年莫西沙星致不良反应的有效文献69篇,对患者性别、年龄、原患疾病与过敏史、给药途径、累及器官或系统及临床表现等方面进行统计、分析。结果:共收集79例莫西沙星所致不良反应。不良反应可发生于18岁以上的各个年龄组;其中,41例患者通过静脉途径给药;不良反应类型以神经系统、过敏反应、循环系统反应最多;其发生时间最早为用药后5 min内,最迟为用药3周后;预后除造成3人死亡,1例未彻底好转,其余经停药、对症治疗后好转。结论:莫西沙星所致不良反应临床表现复杂多样,其发生与多种因素有关,最严重的可能导致死亡,值得关注。
Objective: To explore the rules and characteristics of ADRs induced by moxifloxacin, and to provide reference for rational drug use in clinic. Methods: CHKD and PubMed database were searched for literatures about moxifloxacin-induced ADRs. A total of 69 literatures were collected and analyzed statistically in respect of patiehts' gender, age, primary disease, allergic history, administration routes, organs or systems involved, clinical manifestation, etc. Results: About 79 cases of moxifloxacin- induced ADRs were collected. The ADRs could occur at all ages over 18 years old. And 41 cases were administrated intravenously. The most frequent adverse reactions involved in nervous system, allergic response and circulatory system. The earliest ADR occurred within 5 minutes after administration, while the latest occurred 3 weeks later after administration.Three patients died, and one case did not improve thoroughly, while others improved by withdrawal or treatment. Conclusion: ADRs induced by moxifloxacin were complicated which could be induced by different reasons, and some of which may lead to death. We should pay more attention to moxifloxacin-induced ADRs.
