定向钻穿越在海底管线项目中的技术研究 被引量:6

摘要 随着海洋石油工程迅速发展,出现了大量向陆地处理厂供油、供气的登陆管线。登陆管线的增多加大了它们与航运交通特别是航道的干扰。港务局为了满足大吨位的船舶进出港,须要预挖和加深航道,吞吐量大的港口须要加深航道,深度至平均海底泥面10m以下。为了保证穿越航道的海底管线的安全,要对海管路由进行10m以上深度的深挖沟和人工回填,工作量大、费用高、周期长和质量差。此外,施工船舶对来往的运输船舶也存在安全隐患。论文重点介绍在工程项目中已采用的海对海定向钻穿越海管铺设新技术,详细介绍此工艺的施工原理及施工方案。希望能为穿越航道的海底管线铺设技术创新提供参考。 With offshore oil industry developing rapidly, the emergence of a large number of landing oil and gas subsea pipelines to processing plant increases the interference with the shipping traffic. In order to meet the needs of large tonnage ships entering and leaving, average water depth in the channel must be greater than 10 meters. In order to ensure the safety of subsea pipelines through the channel, deep ditch up to 10 meters should be trenched and then artificial backfill is performed. Workload of the procedure is great, high cost, long period and poor quality. This article focuses on a new technology related to subsea pipeline directional drilling and going through laying by the sea to the sea in present engineering project, as well as introduces the construction principle and installation procedure in detail.
