摘要
文昌项目14-3A导管架海上安装过程中遭遇了台风"风神"的袭击,导管架下水后不得不暂停注水、扶正和就位,而实施了放漂作业。导管架漂航中的偏荡问题是最棘手的一个难题。导管架的严重偏荡可能引起拖带失控、断缆等发生,致使拖带困难或拖带不成功。拖航时的气象条件不同、拖带航向不同、拖带速度不同、带缆方式不同、拖缆长度不同等因素都会使导管架拖航偏荡产生变化。论文通过工程实际案例,分析引起导管架漂航中偏荡的各种因素,分析各种因素变化而引起偏荡的变化,提出各种有效的应对措施,以抑制或改善导管架漂航中的偏荡。
Due to the threat of typhoon named as Fengshen in the period of 14-3A Jacket installation in Wenchang field, drifting and wet towing of Jacket was carried out prior to flooding, upending and positioning. One of the most intractable issues is yawing phenomenon. Serious yawing of Jacket will cause towing operation out of control and towing wire broken. The severity of yawing is related to meteorology condition, navigate course, towing velocity, towing arrangement, towing wire length, and so on. Multi-factors influencing yawing phenomenon are analyzed through engineering practice. Meanwhile, some corresponding measures are given in this paper in order to minishing or restraining yawing happening.
