摘要
目的解决术后胃瘫、肠瘘、晚期肿瘤及重症患者的肠内营养问题。方法采用X线辅助超滑导丝法置鼻空肠营养管。结果置管成功率为90.0%,导管位置全部符合临床实施肠内营养支持要求,操作时间10～15min,导管留置时间最长为45d,置管、导管留置、经导管实施肠内营养支持过程中所有患者耐受良好,无不适及并发症发生。结论 X线辅助超滑导丝法置鼻空肠营养管,是解决术后胃瘫、肠瘘、晚期肿瘤及重症患者的肠内营养问题的首选方法 。
Objective To solve the enteral nutrition question of the postoperative gastroplegia,intestinal fistula,advanced cancer and other severe cases.Methods By the method of X-ray auxiliary stiff type guide wire aided placing of nasointestinal feeding tube.Results The success ratio of indwelling catheter was 90.0% and the location of cusp of the feeding tube was suitable for support requirement of enteral nutrition.The time of placing tube was from 10 to 15 min and the longest indwelling time of the tube was 45 d.All patients well tolerated,no discomfort and complications happened during the placement and use of the nasointestinal feeding tube.Conclusion X-ray auxiliary stiff type guide wire aided placing of nasointestinal feeding tube is the first choice to solve the enteral nutrition question of the postoperative gastroplegia,intestinal fistula,advanced tumor and other severe cases.
