摘要
目的:探讨TVT-O治疗压力性尿失禁的术前术后护理要点。方法:针对行TVT-O术的患者进行充分、精心和细致周到的术前、术后护理。结果:80例患者恢复良好,3例出现排尿困难,经留置尿管3天后恢复正常排尿。随访3月,无尿失禁、排尿困难并发症。结论:有效的术前术后护理能使患者顺利度过围手术期,明显提高TVT-O治疗效果。
Objective To explore the points of perioperative nursing care of patients with stress incontinengce treatment wih trans- obturator vaginal tape （TVT-O）. Methods Given the patients with stress incontinengce treatment wih TVT-O a full ,careful and meticulous and thorough preoperative and postoperative nursing care. Results 80 caseswith a good recovery,3 cases had dysuria with the indwelling catheter for three days and restored to normal void. Follow-up with 3 months,all caes without urinary incontinence and dysuria complications. Conclusion Effective preoperative and postoperative nursing care can improved the effect of patients＇ recovery who received the treatment of TVT-O.
