Diagnosis and Treatment of Pancreatic Endocrine Tumors

摘要 胰腺内分泌肿瘤（pancreatic endocrine tumors,PETs）起源于胰腺胰岛的内分泌细胞,是一种少见的肿瘤,年发病率约为4/100万,约占胰腺肿瘤的7%[1]。由于PETs临床少见,且表现各异,与胰腺癌在临床、影像学表现等方面有很多相似的地方,因此如何做到及时发现,准确定性、定位诊断并给予合适的治疗。
