DNA甲基化在肿瘤诱发与肿瘤辐射敏感性中的作用
摘要
DNA甲基化介导的表观遗传学调控在肿瘤发生、发展和肿瘤治疗中起了重要作用。在大多数恶性肿瘤中,表观遗传学异常主要表现为全基因组低甲基化与局部CpG岛高甲基化,这种DNA甲基化异常可通过影响基因启动子而导致抑癌基因、原癌基因及其他相关基因突变或失活,从而在肿瘤的发生和转化中起重要作用。近年来,表观遗传学方面的干预(如组蛋白去乙酰化和DNA甲基化)被认为可以增强肿瘤细胞的辐射敏感性。
