限制性输液在择期手术中的应用进展 被引量:5

摘要 择期手术中输液多少目前无统一定论,在失血性休克救治中限制性输液的观点已被普遍接受并广泛应用,但择期手术中是否可行,其临床疗效较传统输液方案的优劣尚待进一步研究。本文主要论述了限制性输液在择期手术中,特别是在妇产科临床的相关应用研究,旨在为限制性输液的临床应用提供参考。
